The shares are held by Ainsworth founder Len Ainsworth. The entrepreneur spoke about his intention to transfer them to another owner on February 23rd. True, only now a worthy buyer was found. After the transaction, the Austrians receive more than half of the corporation’s securities.
The shares are sold through the Australian Stock Exchange. The cost of one is $ 2.75, the total amount is 475.3 million.
