Mybet is gearing up for a relaunch in the German gambling market and has chosen EveryMatrix and the GamMatrix platform to bring back betting enthusiasts in Germany.
Online gambling industry provider EveryMatrix recently announced that it will provide the GamMatrix platform to online gambling operator mybet.
The German online betting and gambling brand is gearing up to return to the domestic market after completing operations last fall.
In a recent statement, EveryMatrix announced the conclusion of the contract:
We will provide mybet with a fully managed platform that will provide player management, wallet, detailed custom reports, and fraud detection and prevention tools.
In the final stages of preparations for the relaunch, mybet chose EveryMatrix’s GamMatrix platform. Mybet also intends to introduce the Money Matrix payment processing solution, a licensed and regulated product with over 150 payment options.
EveryMatrix stated that mybet will provide full control over the game and betting of its users through a Web API provider. This step will allow the gambling operator to easily create their first mobile interface.
The chronology of events is as follows:
- Mybet owner MyBet Holding SE ended its B2C operations last fall.
- The company first announced that it was selling the business in July 2018. Then it became known that an unnamed investor expressed interest in acquiring the B2C operations of a company represented by the leading brand mybet in the German gambling market.
- However, the parent company announced that negotiations for the sale had failed because a potential buyer had set conditions that could not be met.
- The Rhinoceros Group, an online gambling licensee in Curacao and Malta, acquired mybet in December 2018. It was then revealed that the company, which also owns Wunderino Casino, among other online gaming brands, is planning to reopen mybet in Germany.
Commenting on his partnership with EveryMatrix, Rhinoceros Group CEO Tobias Carlsson said:
We have a long-standing relationship with a renowned provider. We work together to compete successfully in the market. As mybet is one of the pioneers in the German betting market, together with EveryMatrix, they will do their best to revive this legacy and bring players the experience they desire and deserve.
Stian Hornsletten, co-founder of EveryMatrix and CEO of CasinoEngine, said:
We are delighted to have made the decision to help mybet create such a detailed integration.
Earlier this year, news broke that mybet’s return to the German gambling space would also be supported by the Stockholm-based provider Kambi Group. The Stockholm-based company intends to provide a full range of betting services to the German gaming brand to help it return to its home sports betting market.
